You will be assigned an outside GC with relevant industry experience and seasoned business judgment. Your outside GC will be available to your senior leadership 24/7, a single point of contact who knows your business and becomes part of your senior management team. We are available to participate in internal and external meetings, can lead negotiations and strategic transactions as an ex officio member of your team.
