Andy has over twenty-five years of experience as a General Counsel and corporate attorney, serving a range of clients from Fortune 500 companies to start-up businesses. His work has covered an array of legal disciplines, and includes clients focused on consumer products, e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, construction, and restaurant operations. After spending most of his career in-house with large public companies, Andy has recently expanded his practice by serving as outside general counsel for privately owned small and medium sized businesses. This work has been rewarding, as it allows him to collaborate directly with his clients in diversified areas of the law as they continue to grow. He has a strong background in business and finance, which makes him even more valuable as a trusted resource for his clients.
